we spent MLK weekend out of town since Jamey and I both had that  Monday off-  Denton fell asleep on the 4 wheeler while daddy was taking him around the land.  He got back and Jamey put a pull up on him and put him in the bed.  I love this picture with his hood still on.

I am not sure what is funnier??...... the fact that all 5 CAN fit in our bed OR the fish blanket that I have to sleep with that is like 20 years old

Gratitude

my dad named me Stevi Dawn because he said dawn was the most beautiful part of the day.  Here is dawn at our house this morning- my view from my kitchen window- breathtaking.  Dad I took this picture for you. 

While I was on maternity leave my team picked Grayson for our virtue  "Gratitude" It was a surprise to both of us!  He was recognized in front of the school today.  It was very touching to me that people see gratitude in him- gratitude: thankfulness, gratefulness, or appreciation.  Here he is getting recognized.  Even his daddy got to come watch!

Happy 2012

This is our New Year picture - Happy 2012!

the boys buckets hold their toys, books, clothes etc.... anything that goes in their room that needs to be put away.  They are suppose to empty it every night.  This particular night I heard lots of giggles, rounded the corner and found this.  They were not only in the buckets, they were in the other brothers bucket.  They make me laugh.
