Mother's Day 2011

Every year for Mother's Day we head to Jamey's family and all meet to celebrate Mother's Day together. Jamey's aunt and uncle have several thousand acres with nothing on it but deer and cattle that has been in their family forever and ever.  They built a camp house on it that overlooks a 12 acre lake.  Grayson's just now getting to the age where he can enjoy the "boy toys" out there (to the extent we let him).  Mother's Day is probably my favorite day of the year- my children are the greatest thing I have ever done- so to celebrate that is so special to me.  My 3 boys gave me a beautiful ring of Grayson's birthstone, Denton's birthstone and Baby Binford's birthstone. The 3 colors are so beautiful together.  Enjoy the pictures below.

We took the buggy all around looking for deer and to go see the natural spring well that has been on the property ever since the family has had the land (several generations)

here Denton and Grayson touching the cold spring water and learning all about it

this is Grayson's excited face as we were about to go fast down the hill on the buggy

Denton fell asleep during the 40 minute buggy ride- nap time can't be missed!

Boogie in his Thomas undies ready to run through the sprinklers

he didn't want to run by himself so Angi took him through it with her

these ladies I am with are Jamey's cousins, his mom, grandma and sister

Brody & Mabrey - the twins that were born in January at 3 pounds each are doing great!

Grayson and Rylan doing their own thing

Jamey and PawPaw cooked around 20 full chicken for dinner that night

Grayson and Aunt Darlene throwing the confitti eggs at each other

Rylan asked Grayson to write something for him it was so sweet.

Denton ready to drive the buggy- and believe me he would if we let him, and he'd probably do it really well too
