Fun Weekend

it doesn't take much to get sissy to smile 

the bond these two have is beautiful

this weekend we went to GG's surprise 85th birthday party- here the boys are  just being cute

we had just woken up and the 1st thing Denton says is "Mommy wake Waya  (layla) up - I need to hold her!" so sweet.  These sleepy just woke up eyes are my favorite!  Peek in the back of this picture and you can see daddy was still asleep.

Grandpa and Nini came to visit and say hi so we played outside with them all morning.  I bribed Denton with just about everything to get in this picture- clearly he won.

I had the sweetest bow in sissy hair and Denton saw it, started crying and said he didn't like that bow on her and THIS was the bow her wanted her to wear.  Look how proud he is that he got to pick her bow.

The boys love the 4 wheeler- the mama.... not so much.  But Poppi goes really slow and  mainly takes them to go see the cows and they even got to go see all the baby calfs that were just born.

after the party we were headed home and stopped for some pictures in the bluebonnets- this is one of my favorites.

this picture is super funny.  Grayson didn't want Denton in the picture and Denton didn't want to get out of it.  Grayson's looking at me to save the day, and Denton is looking at Daddy to save it.
